Here is how we stand as of today.

1. Dock committee has four proposals being submitted. We are hoping to have them all between the middle of the month or the week after. This will dictate the direction we will head. At that time we will continue our talks with the insurance company. We are at the hurry up and wait stage.
   
2. The dock moorings  are doing well under normal conditions. We did have a issue the other night when the winds jumped up to over 45 mph….
   
3. We do have work ahead as we try to stay in front of the receding water levels.
